Home Staging is a very clever and smart way to present your home, or a flip-property, for potential buyers. Typically only the primary rooms are necessary, such as Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Simple measures may include some Feng Shui and re-arrangement of existing furniture while a more involved scenario may include soft good purchases and/or furniture rental. Whatever the solution, a trained-eye coupled with Interior Design experience can make this a quick process that absolutely will payoff when you are looking to sell.
Because all Home Staging projects vary in scope, (m) + charles beach INTERIORS offers three (3) different packages.

Full-staging or redesign of room(s) for successful preparation for showing. This includes us evaluating the room(s), time spent for purchases, selecting/arranging furniture, arranging delivery plus administrative costs.
Fee: $0.80/Square Foot*

Full, written consultation which documents methods the Client can use to successfully prepare their rooms for showing.
Fee: $0.40/Square Foot*

Full, verbal consultation which documents methods the Client can use to successfully prepare their rooms for showing.
Fee: $0.20/Square Foot*
