We have designed and tailored what we call the Empowerment Design Package (EDP). This is a flexible and affordable standalone plan whose sole purpose is to afford the average Homeowner the ability to realize world-class interior design without the typical costs and restrictions often attached to the project by other interior design firms.

The foundation of the EDP is the approximately 15 page printed booklet that is delivered to the Client. This booklet is their road map – it contains vision, solutions and design concepts specific to their project. It also contains exquisite renderings that accurately portray what their space will look like when completed. The plan is comprehensive, detailed and all inclusive.

Typically interior design firms will contractually mandate that the client follow through with their firm for the build phase of the project and/or purchase items where the firm has a financial relationship. This is not the case with (m) + charles beach INTERIORS. The pure definition of empowerment is to give somebody “power of authority” – this is exactly what the EDP strives to accomplish. The client has the choice to implement the EDP in any way they choose after we deliver their plan – they can elect to do nothing, they can build and paint themselves, they can hire their own Contractors, or they can continue with us for the build phase of their project.
